Volunteer Waiver
Please sign this waiver before coming to the event.
I desire to participate as a volunteer with the City of Charlotte and/or Friends of Keep Charlotte Beautiful (FoKCB). In consideration of being allowed to participate as a volunteer, I hereby release the City of Charlotte, Friends of Keep Charlotte Beautiful, their employees, agents, and board members from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury or property damage which may arise, either directly or indirectly, from my participation. I am aware there may be inherent risks and dangers attendant with my participation as a volunteer, and I hereby specifically and voluntarily assume all such risks and expressly release the City of Charlotte, Friends of Keep Charlotte Beautiful, their employees, agents, and board members from any cause of action or claim of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of my participation as a volunteer.
Furthermore, I understand that any photographs, videos, or recordings taken by the City of Charlotte or Friends of Keep Charlotte Beautiful during my participation are the property of each respective organization. I grant permission for these materials to be used in marketing, promotional, and/or training materials without expectation of compensation.
